2023 National Restaurant Association Show

In its second year of participation, FireBoard Labs returned to the prestigious National Restaurant Association National Show in Chicago, Illinois. For those unaware, the NRA Show is the ultimate destination for professionals in the food service industry. In the 2023 NRA show, a staggering 55,000 food service professionals attended, marking an 8% increase in total registrants compared to the previous year. With an impressive roster of over 2,100 companies showcasing their products and services, this expansive trade show continues to be a prominent event for FireBoard and our innovative technology.

Attendees were impressed with FireBoard’s high-end modern technology ensuring food safety for all. We were thrilled to show attendees our new FireBoard Labs cold storage monitoring sensor releasing later this summer. FireBoard CEO Ted Conrad reflected on the experience of our time in Chicago, “This year’s show was particularly exciting for us as we debuted a new cold storage sensor, which we will be announcing officially in just a few weeks.  It was also eye-opening to talk directly with restaurant owners from across the world – Dubai, South Africa, Europe, and Australia just to name a few.”
