Shipping Information

Placing Orders online at FireBoard.com is easy and we ship from our location in Kansas City, MO to any of the 50 US States as well as globally to countries around the world.  See International Shipping section below for more info on our international distributors.

Standard Shipping

If the order is placed before 2pm CT on a business day, it will be shipped the same day.  Orders shipping to one of the 50 US States, will typically be delivered within 2-4 business days. We ship primarily using FedEx, but also utilize USPS for some smaller packages.

We do ship to PO Boxes if USPS is the selected carrier.  If there is no option for USPS, then a physical address must be entered for a Fed Ex shipment.

Please contact us to process an order for a Military Address. 

Overnight Shipping

Packages shipped when overnight delivery is purchased, are shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm CT on that business day.  If the order was placed after 2pm CT, the shipment would be processed the following business day.  Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

For example, an order placed on Thursday at 2:30pm CT for Overnight Delivery would arrive Monday(shipped out Friday).

International Shipping

We do ship to countries all over the world.  Typically, the shipments take 5-10 business days.  However, depending on your location and the customs process for your country it is possible the order could take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

We do have distributors and dealers outside of the United States which can make your delivery process quicker. See our dealer locator page to find out more information on where these are located.

Local Pick Up

While we do not have a retail location in Kansas City, it is possible to place your order online and pick it up at our offices.

• Just place your order online
• Email us immediately with your order number at info@fireboard.com.  Please include the time you would like to pick up
• We will email back with a confirmation for the pick-up and have it ready for you!
• We will apply a refund for the shipping fees added to the order
