The SF311 and SF311T Food Temperature Probe provides accurate temperature readings in meat and food, and can easily be inserted with the sharp tip.
SF311T: Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 5 in. long probe, 90° angle, 4mm. diameter.
SF311: Probe type: RTD PT-100 Class A. Probe Temperature Range: -58 to 716°F (-50 to 380°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 5 in. long probe, 90° angle, 4mm. diameter.
