The Type-K Thermocouple Ambient Temperature Probe (SANT2K) provides accurate temperature readings in hot and cold environments. Easy to mount inside of an oven or grill with our grill clips (sold separately).
This probe is only compatible with the FireBoard 2 Pro. Learn more about the FireBoard 2 Series.
Probe Range: -148 to 1202˚F (-100 to 650˚C)
Cable Range: -148 to 842˚F (-100 to 450˚C)

FireBoard 2 pro on my master built 1050 works perfectly I have done every possible mod the most important mod was the controller having the control of fan speed and percentage has given full control the final product has a great smoke ring
